Jordin Sparks Weight loss reaches 30 pounds?
Jordin Sparks Weight loss did reach 30 pounds and then some.
But what you fail to hear is that it has taken her over 6 months to lose over 30 pounds!
Jordin sparks weight loss was no easy task. Jordin Sparks tried Master Cleanser (where you pretty much just starve yourself using 1 ingredient) to say the least but she only lasted 1 day! I don’t blame her!
An important decision that she did was get a personal trainer that would travel with her on her tours and when she wasn’t sleeping or singing she was working out!
For her it was a decision to make exercise an almost daily priority and to follow her strict-portion control when eating.

Although she did not mention how many calories she was taking in on a daily basis it could be safe to say that she started to lose the most at the beginning of her making the new adjustments to her eating habits. She mentions that as she started to control her food portions – which was hard to do at first – it grew on her to keep it up.
Here is a list of what she did to lose more than 30 pounds:
Skip sugary beverages and reach for milk instead
Replace junk food for healthier choices like fruit
Don’t deprive yourself have what you want but in smaller portions
Yogurt and granola are her favorites every morning – its sweet and nutrient filled mini meal
She loves Berries – “”I love berries. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, black berries, anything with an ‘errie’ in it!”
Pickles anyone? – she eats pickles as a treat every day

Exercise, exercise, exercise – she has a personal trainer that likes to “shock” her body – she does running, boxing, lunges, sprints up stairs, P90Xand Zumba Fitness
Instead of starring at the TV or listening to her IPod sitting down she takes her dog outside and gets active – aside from her regular daily exercise routines
As you see the results of Jordin Sparks Weight Loss in the video in my first post you can certainly see that not only did she lose the weight but she also shaped her body. Now she is able to show-off her toned and defined body which cannot have been accomplished by portion-control alone.
The exercise plan that her personal trainer gave her – and that she followed – helped her reach the total body transformation that you can see now. The most important theme that was her driving motivation was to simply be healthy!
